Terms of Service

AdCraft lets you upload a product photo and generate AI advertising creatives. Output quality varies with input quality; we do not guarantee any specific advertising performance, click-through rate, or sales result.

Access is tied to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that inbox secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or violate these Terms.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. The Starter plan includes a monthly allowance of HD images that resets each billing period; unused allowance does not roll over. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

You must own or have the rights to any image you upload. You may not use AdCraft to create content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that depicts another person without consent. You are solely responsible for how you use generated creatives in your advertising.

You retain rights to the product photos you upload. Subject to payment on a paid plan, you receive a commercial license to use the HD creatives you generate in your own advertising. Watermarked previews on the free tier are for evaluation only.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
